Gladiator fights

The Roman kind of entertainment was chariot racing; the chariots were driven by 2-4 horses and one Roman , Gladiator fights; the gladiators used in these fights were usually slaves , they were taken from their families to entertain the wealthy Romans and the people that could afford to pay to watch.  

Amphitheatre was used for the circus and athletics competitions in the campus; they had mock battles which an artificial lake dug beside the Tiber river which they used to fill the amphitheatre with water to re-enact boat fights.
